Abstract

Burnout Syndrome refers to a type of work and institutional stress generated in professionals who maintain a constant and direct relationship with other people, especially when this is classified as help (doctors, nurses, teachers), and its origin is based on how these individuals interpret and maintain their own professional stages in crisis situations.Currently, different institutions are experiencing an overwhelming demand for services after the COVID 19 pandemic, so we want to evaluate the work stress of the subjects who work in these institutions such as Hospitals and Universities.A prospective study will be carried out on male and female subjects, aged between 18 and 60 years, who work in different professions in a universe of 1000 subjects. Cortisol analysis will be performed in the morning, afternoon and evening, the Maslach Burnout Inventory Scale (MBI-HS) will be applied, EEG-EKG analysis and vital signs monitoring will be applied. The results will be correlated with analysis with the latest version of SPSS and Machine Learning for personalized programs.A high incidence of work-related a high incidence of stress and emotional wears found in individuals who work in different institutions, which is causing in the personnel to develop illnesses such as mental disorders, cardiac, digestive and neurological diseases.Assessing the Burnout syndrome prevents the resignation of the personnel who work in these institutions and and prevent modern diseases such as mental disorders, neurological and cardiological diseases
