These scientific study days examine radio-wave propagation and the environments that shape terrestrial, maritime and space links, radar and remote sensing. Topics include experimental characterisation and empirical, statistical or deterministic channel models; meteorology; electromagnetic properties of surfaces; complex media; radar and SAR imaging; environmental datasets; machine learning and physics-informed neural networks; and emerging millimetre-wave requirements. The meeting brings together academic laboratories, industry and public institutions. Presentations are primarily in French, with some English contributions possible. The announced abstract deadline is 1 November 2026 and programme publication is scheduled for 1 December 2026.

The congress examines artificial materials and their effects on waves and transport. It connects engineering, physics, applied mathematics and materials research across electromagnetic, optical, photonic, acoustic, mechanical and coupled physical phenomena. The programme comprises a scientific conference on 13–16 September followed by a doctoral school on 17–18 September, providing opportunities to exchange current results and methods.
