Support the formation of neuroscience societies, chapters or thematic networks through inaugural governance and planning activities. Activities must occur in 2027, in person or in hybrid form. A standalone scientific meeting without a concrete plan to establish a formal organisation is ineligible. Apply by 30 September 2026, 23:59 CEST.

Covers: Regional ceilings: Africa USD 5,000; Asia-Pacific USD 2,000; Latin America USD 4,000. Covers venue, travel, accommodation, materials and hybrid technology. Administration is capped at 10%; salaries, honoraria and equipment purchases are excluded.
Activities must be in Africa, Asia-Pacific or Latin America. Existing national societies may support formation of a distinct new sub-society or regional chapter.
