Job Description
Provide technical leadership for installation, commissioning and operation of the SKA-Low radio telescope. The role develops maintenance strategies, diagnostic methods and technical standards across RF, electronics, optical and signal-processing systems. Based in Geraldton or Perth, the appointment includes a four-day-on, three-day-off fly-in/fly-out roster to the Murchison Radio-astronomy Observatory. Geraldton appointments may be indefinite; Perth appointments are for three years.

Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent specialist experience
- advanced troubleshooting and technical leadership. Australian/New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency required
- medical clearance and a C-class driving licence or ability to obtain one within six months.
