Postdoctoral Researcher / PhD Student: Smartphone Assessments in Early Alzheimer’s Disease

Two-year, full-time research appointment in David Berron’s Clinical Cognitive Neuroscience group, with possible extension. The project develops smartphone-based cognitive measures to detect and predict early Alzheimer’s-related memory decline. Work includes preparing clinical, cognitive, imaging and blood-biomarker datasets, analysing repeated measurements with regression and mixed-effects models, supporting data collection and collaborating across cohorts. The employer welcomes both postdoctoral and PhD-track applications.

For the postdoctoral track, a relevant PhD and publication record, experience with longitudinal cognitive data and remote or ambulatory assessment, R or Python, and fluent English are expected. Imaging or fluid-biomarker knowledge and German are advantageous. PhD-track requirements are assessed relative to career stage.
