Motic Microscopes and Media Cybernetics

This methods webinar demonstrates an integrated workflow for imaging neural cells, tissues and other biological structures. Motic microscopy and high-resolution digital imaging are combined with Media Cybernetics Image-Pro software for image processing, segmentation, measurement and quantitative analysis. The presenters explain how to standardize neuroscience imaging, reduce manual analysis, and produce quantitative data, visualizations and documentation suited to research workflows.
