Advance Neuroscience Research with Integrated Microscopy & Image Analysis
Neuroscience, Image Processing, Computer Vision and seminar by Heather Wicker-Blackwell, Keith Ledford, Tom Moyer and Nick Beavers, Motic Instruments, Inc.; Media Cybernetics
Hosted by Motic Microscopes and Media Cybernetics
Wednesday 10:00–11:00 Los Angeles (GMT-7)
Starts in 13 days
Abstract
This methods webinar demonstrates an integrated workflow for imaging neural cells, tissues and other biological structures. Motic microscopy and high-resolution digital imaging are combined with Media Cybernetics Image-Pro software for image processing, segmentation, measurement and quantitative analysis. The presenters explain how to standardize neuroscience imaging, reduce manual analysis, and produce quantitative data, visualizations and documentation suited to research workflows. The session is presented by instrument and software specialists from Motic Instruments and Media Cybernetics.
