Conference
Symplectic Topology, Gauge Theory, and Low-Dimensional Topology
Brin Mathematics Research Center, University of Maryland
About
In recent years new ideas and techniques such as equivariant Floer theory, Floer homotopy theory and spectral invariants have sparked remarkable advances and opened new directions of research in the topology and geometry of low-dimensional manifolds. At the same time, novel approaches independent of Floer or gauge theory have emerged to address questions previously accessible only through these frameworks.
