What you need

FENS submission/reference ID or abstract IDUse an identifier from your FENS abstract record if you have it.

One poster fileHave the poster file you want reviewed for FENS 2026.

Upload and review timing

Files stay private after submission until World Wide confirms the abstract match, scans them, and an admin approves publication.
Large audio/video can take longer during multipart upload, antivirus queue scanning, or scanner-capacity operator review.
Valid submissions are normally reviewed within one to two days. Browser-playable media appears inline after approval; other accepted safe media may open or download.

Poster file

PNG, JPG/JPEG, WebP, GIF, AVIF, or PDF. Maximum 128 MB. The poster is published only after admin approval.
