ePoster Submission Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to FENS 2026 ePoster submissions made through World Wide. They describe the responsibilities, publication period, and data processing terms for submitted ePoster content.
FENS 2026 ePoster submission
Effective June 1, 2026
Introduction
These Terms govern the submission and publication of electronic posters (“ePosters”) and associated multimedia content on the World Wide platform, operated by Science Communications Worldwide (SCW), a non-profit organization based in Austria. They apply to FENS 2026 ePoster uploads. Content submitted through this form is available for the duration of the conference period.
Acceptance of terms
By submitting an ePoster, you (the “Author”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, and that you have the authority to grant the rights specified herein.
Content responsibility
You and your co-authors represent that you are the sole owner(s) or rightful licensee(s) of all submitted content, that it is original and non-infringing, and that you have obtained all necessary permissions for any third-party materials. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCW, FENS, and associated entities against any infringement claims, and you affirm that all content is accurate and properly cited.
Public accessibility and removal of content
Content is made publicly accessible on the World Wide platform for the duration of the conference period. After the conference, SCW reserves the right to remove the submitted content without prior notice. Content submitted for FENS 2026 ePoster hosting is not permanently archived unless separate written arrangements are made.
Data processing and AI analysis
The scientific content of your ePoster — including the abstract, poster, optional audio/video overview, and references — may be processed by SCW for screening and dissemination. Submitted multimedia may be transcribed, and AI models may analyze content to generate insights, connections, and recommendations that make it more discoverable. SCW uses OpenAI’s API Platform solely for analysis; this data is not used for AI model development. AI-generated content is experimental, clearly labeled, and provided “as-is”.
Limitation of liability
SCW disclaims liability for inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in submitted content and for any issues arising from automated transcription or AI-generated content. You retain sole responsibility for the accuracy, integrity, and originality of your submission and agree to indemnify SCW and its affiliates against related claims.
