AI Scientist - Generative AI Models for the Creation of RNA-Based Drugs (GIS)

Develop generative and foundation models to design and assess linear and circular mRNA therapeutics. Work includes large-scale pretraining, model finetuning, hyperparameter optimisation and evaluation against experimental data. The project targets vaccine stability, unwanted immune responses and development speed for infectious-disease and cancer applications. This funded position is initially for one year, with possible renewal, and includes access to high-performance computing and professional development.

PhD in computer science, computational biology, applied mathematics, physics or a related field; deep-learning expertise, strong Python/software skills and an AI publication record. Biomolecule or HPC experience is advantageous.
