Chercheur post-doctoral (H/F) en acoustique : Etude de l'influence d’une excitation dynamique sur l’instabilité de claquage (snap-through) d’une poutre.

Eighteen-month postdoctoral contract in the Elastic waves in complex media team of the Laboratoire d’Acoustique de l’Université du Mans (LAUM). The project studies how a dynamic excitation influences the snap-through instability of a beam. The postdoc will design and carry out model experiments, analyse experimental data, develop theoretical and/or numerical models, and publish results in international peer-reviewed journals. Start date 1 March 2027; gross monthly salary €3,041.80–4,395.65 depending on experience.

PhD in physics, acoustics or engineering; experience in programming, experimentation (rapid prototyping, Arduino, image analysis) and theoretical mechanics appreciated; ability to work collaboratively with partners from varied backgrounds.
