Job Description
Parallel Squared Technology Institute is hiring an experienced mass spectrometrist to operate and maintain instruments across vendors, optimize LC-MS/MS methods, design proteomics experiments, analyze data, and train colleagues. The work advances high-throughput protein analysis for disease mechanisms, including Alzheimer’s disease and aging.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in biology
- biochemistry
- or chemistry
- at least five years of mass-spectrometer maintenance experience
- experience optimizing LC-MS/MS methods for bottom-up proteomics
- and mastery of relevant chemistry or molecular and cellular biology techniques.
