Postdoc in computer-aided structure-based drug design and md simulations

Work with Marco De Vivo’s Molecular Modeling and Drug Discovery unit on small molecules for cancer targets, including GTPases. Methods include docking, virtual screening, molecular dynamics, free-energy calculations and machine learning, in collaboration with experimental medicinal chemistry. The renewable one-year contract offers annual gross pay of EUR 30,000–36,500. The employer states that the position remains subject to budget approval for an AIRC-funded RHOA-inhibitor project.

A PhD in chemistry, physics or a related discipline, computer-aided drug-design and simulation expertise, strong programming and scientific publications, and English proficiency.
