Postdoc in Topological Photonics - DTU Electro

A two-year postdoc in the Quantum and Nanophotonics Section at DTU Electro, within the research programme Symmetry-guided discovery of topological photonics. Working where topological band theory, symmetry analysis and group theory meet, the postdoc investigates how symmetry principles reveal new forms of photonic topology and develops concepts, computational tools and theoretical frameworks for light-matter interactions, with possible experimental demonstrations through collaborators.

The project is supervised by Associate Professor Thomas Christensen and involves his peer network in the US, Europe and Asia.

A PhD (or equivalent) in theoretical physics, photonics, condensed matter physics or a related field.
