Job Description
Lund University's Synthetic Immunology group is recruiting a postdoctoral researcher to engineer primary immune cells for cancer treatment. The project combines cell and molecular biology, flow cytometry, genome engineering and preclinical models to develop cell-based immunotherapies.
Requirements
- PhD in biology
- biomedicine
- medicine
- chemistry or a related area
- experience in cell culture
- molecular biology and flow cytometry. Experience with cell immunotherapy
- CRISPR
- transcriptomics or animal models is advantageous.
