Solna, Sweden
Job Description
Karolinska Institutet's Ernfors group is recruiting a postdoctoral researcher to investigate sensory-neuron physiology and pain mechanisms. The work centers on somatosensory electrophysiology, including patch-clamp recordings, with molecular and cellular approaches to understand neural circuits that encode painful stimuli.
Requirements
- PhD in neuroscience or a closely related field with documented experience in cellular electrophysiology. Expertise in patch-clamp recording
- sensory-neuron biology
- pain research or complementary molecular methods is particularly relevant.
