About
Study molecular markers of vascular cognitive decline and resilience with Anna Marseglia and the Westman group. The project combines proteomics, neuroimaging, cognitive and clinical measures, lifestyle and genetic data from longitudinal cohorts including H70 and UK Biobank. Statistical and machine-learning analyses also address brain-age measures. This two-year full-time appointment is based at Karolinska’s Neo building on the Flemingsberg campus. Requirements
Relevant PhD with a focus on proteomics, neuroimaging or ageing; practical proteomics, longitudinal statistics and machine learning; R, dementia epidemiology, publications and strong English.
