Postdoktor i psykologi

A postdoctoral position in psychology at the Department of Social and Psychological Studies, Karlstad University, within the research project "Reactivating Values", which aims to promote behaviour change that supports circular processes for greater sustainability. The postdoc will mainly collect and process data and write scientific articles on circular processes: how consumers reuse goods and services, and how far society, including companies and other resources, hinders or supports this.

Circularity is understood broadly, from material reuse to societal processes such as whether small local communities remain meaningful to residents as urbanisation grows. Teaching may make up at most one fifth of working time (reference REK2026/259).

Doctorate in psychology or a closely related subject (or equivalent foreign degree) awarded before the employment decision and no more than three years before the application deadline, with exceptions for special reasons. Good spoken and written Swedish and English are required. The advert is in Swedish.
