Job Description
The Wolff Lab at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, opening in March 2021, is searching for a research assistant/ technician to join our group. We use high-throughput behavioral training in rodents, long-term continuous electrophysiology, acute and chronic manipulations of neuronal activity and computational modeling to understand how the brain allows us to learn and execute complex motor skills. To read more about our research, see https://www.wolff-lab.org.
This research assistant/ technician will play a major role in building, setting up and improving custom systems for automated high-throughput behavioral training and long-term in vivo electrophysiological recordings. This may also lead to participation in designing and running behavioral experiments and data analysis.
