Research Scientist or Senior Research Scientist: Nuclear Structure

One indefinite-term appointment in Hideki Ueno’s Nuclear Structure Research Group. Conduct in-beam gamma-ray spectroscopy using radioactive-isotope beams from BigRIPS at the RIBF facility, lead international collaborations and manage gamma-detector arrays. Rank is determined during selection; senior scientists also guide researchers and assist laboratory operations. The position requires attendance at the Wako campus. Employment is expected to begin at the earliest opportunity after 1 April 2027.

Doctorate in the relevant research field.
