Analyse European Multicenter Study about Spinal Cord Injury datasets to predict neurological recovery and functional outcomes. Tasks span data harmonisation, feature engineering, regression, survival analysis and machine learning, with reproducible R/Python workflows. Work with clinicians and international collaborators on publications and coordinate scientific meetings and project activities. The appointment is 80–100% for one year, with a possible further year; the laboratory is based in Schlieren.

Requirements
Relevant MSc; strong statistics or ML, clinical/longitudinal data experience, R/Python, reproducible modelling and communication. English fluency and German proficiency are required; EMSCI, multicentre data and SCI clinical measures are advantageous. Submit CV, cover letter, references/certificates and a link to a three-minute video explaining an EMSCI recovery-prediction approach. Record the video yourself; AI voices/avatars are disallowed. German is encouraged; English video submissions are accepted.
