A January–June 2027 technical operations placement supporting equipment and process validation for gene editing medicines. The student reviews scientific and engineering information, evaluates manufacturing data and prepares technical summaries for cross-functional teams supporting hematology and liver programmes. Based in Durham, North Carolina, the role follows an employer-described hybrid schedule requiring four to five onsite days per week.
Requirements
Current BS, MS or PhD student in engineering or biological sciences, maintaining enrolment throughout the placement. Requires careful technical documentation, use of scientific information sources and standard office software. Technical writing and scientific presentation experience are preferred.
