AGU26 brings the Earth and space science community to San Francisco on 7–11 December 2026 for research presentations, scientific exchange, workshops and professional development. The programme spans Earth, planetary and space sciences, with opportunities for collaboration across disciplines. The organizer lists 29 September as the late-breaking abstract deadline; the standard abstract round has already closed. The official event site provides registration, travel and programme updates for the meeting at the Moscone Center.

Discuss a global network of two-to-four-metre telescopes equipped with high-resolution, highly stable spectrographs to characterise small and long-period exoplanets through radial velocities. The meeting connects instrument builders and operators with data-analysis specialists and scientific-network managers. The proposed performance exceeds resolving power 100,000 and targets stability below 50 centimetres per second. This Theo Murphy meeting is intended for researchers in relevant fields and takes place in person. Attendance is free but requires an invitation: applicants state their expertise and reasons for attending, and organisers review requests on a rolling basis. Catering and accommodation are separate. Registered participants are invited to submit posters; submissions within one month of the event may miss the programme booklet.

The society’s annual meeting spans solar and planetary research, exoplanets and astrobiology, stellar populations and interstellar chemistry, high-energy phenomena, galaxies and cosmology. Instrumentation, data science and astronomy education are also represented. The event is hosted jointly by IIT (BHU) and BHU and is held entirely in person. Eligible participants include society members and researchers or students in astronomy and related subjects affiliated with educational or research institutions.

The conference brings together researchers studying the formation of planets and planetary systems through astronomy, laboratory experiments, spacecraft observations and numerical models. Its scope includes protoplanetary-disc structure, the growth of dust into planetesimals, transport of solids and volatiles, planetary accretion, interiors, atmospheres and satellites. Comparison with exoplanet populations links detailed formation mechanisms to the diversity of observed systems. Attendance requires a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, or an accepted equivalent. Applications are subject to selection and available capacity.
