Abstract

Scattering matrices for monopoles connect gauge-theory geometry with classical limits of Yangian structures. This talk constructs analogous objects from noncommutative instantons, with an interpretation through intersecting defects in five-dimensional Chern–Simons theory. The simplest examples recover Miura operators, while others appear new. A complementary geometric approach using quasimap spaces is considered for quantizing the resulting matrices.
