Abstract
Biological invasions alter not only species counts but also ecological functions and evolutionary diversity. Drawing on vertebrate examples, particularly islands, this seminar compares the traits of successful invaders with those of vulnerable native species. It connects that analysis to prioritization and management, introducing spatial and species-level indicators designed for practical use in France.
