The DFG invites projects for HALO 2028 under Infrastructure Priority Programme SPP 1294. Funding can run for up to three years from 2028, covering atmospheric and Earth system research connected to upcoming HALO aircraft missions or data from previous missions. Themes include aerosols, clouds, precipitation, atmospheric transport, chemical composition and coupling processes.
