This collaborative workshop examines materials and chemical approaches to clean energy, low-carbon infrastructure, resource recovery, water treatment and environmental remediation. Presentations connect emerging materials research with decarbonisation, circular use of resources and sustainable water systems. MRS Advances, African MRS and Nature Reviews Clean Technology bring together researchers working across these challenges. Online sessions take place on 7 and 8 October 2026, 09:00–12:00 US Eastern Daylight Time each day. Registration requires an MRS account. Rates: US$100 regular, US$75 MR
