The prize comprises EUR 5,000, a medal and a diploma; the money is shared if several researchers are selected. Nominations close 6 November 2026. Presentation takes place at EuNPC 2027 in Catania, Italy.

Recognises recent doctoral research in experimental, theoretical or applied nuclear physics. Typically three and at most five recipients receive a diploma and up to EUR 1,000 to attend EuNPC 2027 in Catania and present their research. Nominations close 31 January 2027.
