Topic: Montréal

Support from CRM, the Fields Institute and PIMS helps student members attend the December 11–14, 2026 CMS Winter Meeting in Montréal. Request funding through a supervisor or departmental graduate advisor by October 25. Decisions are expected in early November. Successful applicants receive reimbursement after the event on submission of the expense form and original receipts. The separate ISM funding stream has its own conditions on the source page.

Limited assistance is available for attendance at the in-person symposium in Montréal on November 13–14, 2026. Send the secretariat a funding rationale of at most 250 words by September 28, 2026 using the email instructions on the organizer’s page. Decisions are due by October 6. Registration and accommodation are separate arrangements; the organizer does not state a fixed bursary amount.
