Translate SENSE Lab wearable sensors into devices for vestibular and balance disorders. Research combines body and eye-movement measurements, rehabilitation applications, signal processing, biomechanics and electronic hardware. Work may include algorithm development, sensor integration, prototyping and usability experiments. The full-time contract is one year on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus; further involvement depends on funding and project development.
In Engineering and Biomechanics
Develop industrial robots for manufacturing, including welding, bonding, drilling and manipulation. The work combines robot control and motion planning with sensor integration, metrology and automated data collection, and includes experiments to improve accuracy and process quality.
