European Bioconductor Conference 2027 (EuroBioC2027)

Keynote speakers are Caroline Uhler (Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard), Davide Risso (University of Padova), Mireia Ramos-Rodríguez (Pompeu Fabra University), Luca Giorgetti (Friedrich Miescher Institute for Biomedical Research) and Daria Lazic (EMBL and Cellzome/GSK). The call for abstracts runs from 15 February to 30 April 2027, with decisions on 24 May; pre-conference events take place on 6-7 September. Co-organising institutions include the University of Basel, its Department of Biomedicine, the FMI, the University of Zurich and the University of Padova.
