The 16th Australasian Organometallic Chemistry Meeting covers main-group and transition-metal chemistry, lanthanoids and actinoids, bioinorganic and theoretical chemistry, catalysis, synthesis and applications of organometallic compounds. Plenary lectures, contributed talks and posters maintain the meeting’s emphasis on students and early-career researchers.
Scientific sessions take place in the Dechaineux Lecture Theatre at the University of Tasmania’s Centre for the Arts, with posters and breaks nearby. The event starts at 10:00 Hobart time on 9 February and finishes at 15:00 on 12 February. Registration is paid and includes the conference dinner. Abstracts close on 30 November 2026, early-bird rates end on 15 November, and registration closes on 11 January 2027.
