Scientific Session of the American College of Artificial Intelligence and Medicine

This scientific session examines evidence for AI in clinical care, including diagnostics, decision support and implementation across medical specialties. The programme combines research presentations, specialty updates, discussions of legal and ethical governance, bias and responsible adoption, and practical workshops on integrating AI into clinical workflows. Named participants include Mark Cohen of Carle Illinois College of Medicine, Christopher Tignanelli of the University of Minnesota and Caroline Chung of MD Anderson Cancer Center. Sessions address surgery, emergency medicine, oncology, cardiology, pathology, neurology and other specialties. The meeting welcomes clinicians, researchers, data scientists, educators and trainees.

The programme runs 08:00–18:00 on both 9 and 10 October 2026, in US/Central CDT (America/Chicago, UTC−5). Attend at McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago or virtually.
