2027 SIAM Mathematical Aspects of Materials Science Early Career Prize

The inaugural award recognises influential mathematical contributions to materials science during the six years preceding the award. Nominations close on 15 October 2026. The recipient gives a plenary lecture at the 2027 SIAM materials-science conference.

PhD or equivalent awarded from 1 January 2021 through the nomination deadline; career-interruption exceptions may apply. At least one relevant English-language peer-reviewed publication is required. Nomination includes a recommendation, CV and two or three supporting letters.
