Doctorate from an Italian university; no new host placement is prescribed.
Born in 1994 or later; thesis defended at an Italian university in 2025 or 2026, by 31 December 2026. A qualifying academic guarantor in Italy is required. For later defences, the degree certificate is due by 31 January 2027.
