Fund short applied-research projects that improve preparedness, monitoring, response, environmental effects or mitigation of accidental marine spills. The 2027 call gives special consideration to emerging fuels, hazardous cargo, fisheries and mariculture, environmental recovery, and AI or autonomous spill-response technologies.
