The UW Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences seeks an Acting Assistant Professor psychologist to care for adults with cancer at Fred Hutch Cancer Center and UW Medical Center. The psychologist conducts psychological evaluations and evidence-based psychotherapy, in person and by telehealth, in an ambulatory setting focused on the psychosocial issues that arise when cancer is a chronic or life-threatening illness; consults with the care team; teaches and supervises trainees; and has opportunities for collaborative research.
The renewable, twelve-month appointment (0.50-1.00 FTE) has a base salary of $109,992-$130,008 per year.
Requirements
PhD or PsyD from an APA-accredited clinical psychology programme (or foreign equivalent); licensed or license-eligible to practise in Washington State. Submit a cover letter (up to two pages), CV and three referee contacts via Interfolio.
