Bioinformatics Technician for Multi-Omics Data Analysis

The Wouter Saelens Laboratory of Causal Systems Immunology seeks a bioinformatics technician to analyse single-cell, single-nucleus, spatial and perturbational omics. Work connects RNA-seq and ATAC-seq with technologies including MERFISH/MERSCOPE, Visium HD and ATERA to investigate immune regulation and liver cell states in development and disease. The role can emphasise either perturbational single-cell analysis or spatial data, with exposure to complementary methods and close interaction with experimental researchers.
