Investigate immune regulation in sepsis, particularly neuroimmune and interorgan communication, using computational analyses of bulk and single-cell sequencing datasets. Requirements
- PhD in bioinformatics

- machine learning
- HPC
- immunology and gene-regulatory-network modelling are advantageous.
