Førsteamanuensis / universitetslektor i fysikk

Permanent full-time associate professor or university lecturer position in physics, with emphasis on medical physics, in the radiography unit of the Department of Circulation and Medical Imaging at NTNU. The post serves the bachelor's programme in radiography and covers teaching, supervision, research and development in medical physics and diagnostic imaging: nuclear and atomic physics, X-ray production, interaction between radiation and tissue, attenuation, filtration and radiation detection, digital image processing, signal analysis, image reconstruction, and statistics and analysis of measurement data, in close collaboration with clinical environments.

Associate professor: doctorate in physics, medical physics, biophysics or a closely related field; Norwegian at minimum level B2.
