PhD Position in Computational Methods for Digital Twins of Embryonic Development & Disease

Develop computational methods for biological digital twins, including parameter estimation, uncertainty quantification, Bayesian inference and physics-informed neural networks. Build scalable simulation software and apply it with experimental and clinical collaborators to development and disease models.

Master’s degree in computer science, computational science and engineering, applied mathematics, physics or a related quantitative discipline, with strong programming skills.
