About
Develop high-efficiency chalcogenide thin-film and tandem solar cells with Xiaojing Hao at UNSW. The project combines device fabrication, performance optimisation and advanced electrical, optical and morphological characterisation of compound semiconductors. This Level A appointment is for 12 months at 35 hours per week. The stated salary is AUD 122,592 per year plus 17% superannuation. Applications close at 23:55 Sydney time on 21 October 2026.
Requirements
A PhD in photovoltaic or materials engineering, physics or a related discipline; relevant solar-cell research, hands-on semiconductor characterisation and a publication record.
