About
An 18-month full-time postdoctoral appointment in the ANR TAME project on topotactic reduction of rare-earth nickelate thin films. Grow heterostructures by pulsed-laser deposition, tune their oxygen content, and investigate structural and electronic changes using X-ray diffraction and synchrotron experiments. Collaborate with theorists on charge ordering and functional properties relevant to neuromorphic materials. The advertised start is 14 October 2026; applications close on 9 October at 23:59.
Requirements
PhD in condensed-matter physics, materials science or a related field; strong thin-film growth knowledge, including PLD or MBE; structural-characterisation experience; interest in correlated electronic materials; and scientific English.
