Conduct independent theoretical research complementing the institute’s work, including biological physics of cells and tissues, quantitative biology and physics of life. The call also covers quantum, statistical, condensed-matter and non-equilibrium physics and welcomes promising new directions. Normally at least one year of postdoctoral experience at an institution different from the PhD institution. Exceptional applications immediately after the PhD may be considered.
