Damon Runyon Quantitative Biology Fellowship Award

Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation

The Damon Runyon Quantitative Biology Fellowship supports computational scientists trained in fields such as mathematics, computer science, physics or engineering who pursue research careers in computational biology, with a focus on cancer. Fellows train under joint mentorship by a computational (dry-lab) mentor and a cancer biology (wet-lab) mentor, and proposals are judged on the applicant, the mentorship team and the level of computational innovation applied to the biological question. The award runs for three years with stipends of $76,000, $78,000 and $80,000 plus a $2,000 annual expense
