Post-doctorat en Epigénétique (H/F)

Eight-month postdoctoral contract at the Institut Curie research centre (UMR3244) in Claire Rougeulle’s laboratory, Sex chromosomes, development and pathologies, to complete a project on the regulation of X-chromosome gene expression during human brain development. Activities include bioinformatic analyses, culture of human pluripotent stem cells and their differentiation into human brain organoids, and oral presentations in English. The position involves weekend presence to maintain organoid cultures. Start date 4 January 2027; gross monthly salary €3,131.

Differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells into brain organoids; immunofluorescence and RNA-FISH on organoid sections; generation and analysis of scRNA-seq data; allelic analysis of RNA-seq data; presenting and writing scientific articles in English.
