Postdoctoral Researcher in Computational Proteomics and Machine Learning

A two-year postdoctoral position, with possible one-year extension, at the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, University of Southern Denmark, at the interface of computational proteomics, machine learning and mass spectrometry. The research programme studies peptide ionisation and fragmentation in LC-MS/MS, using large, experimentally curated tandem mass spectrometry datasets and modern machine learning to develop new computational strategies for fragmentation analysis under analytically underexplored conditions. Starting date: 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

A PhD or equivalent in a relevant computational, biochemical or mass-spectrometry discipline.
