Postdoctoral/Research Fellow

Develop scalable perovskite–silicon tandem solar modules in an ARENA-funded project. Work covers thin-film deposition, device fabrication, module integration, characterisation, performance and stability, with Australian academic and industry partners. Appointment is at Academic Level A or B, with salary AUD 91,546–141,317 plus 17% superannuation. Extension depends on project funding and performance. PhD or relevant research experience in photovoltaics, semiconductor devices, materials science or related engineering. Perovskite, tandem-cell, large-area fabrication and characterisation experience are valued. Level B requires research independence and a strong publication record.
