About
Build a lightweight, flexible X-ray imager using printed perovskite detectors and a commercial transistor backplane. The collaborating units led by Annamaria Petrozza and Mario Caironi will develop encapsulation and test imaging performance under heat, humidity and radiation exposure for agricultural applications. The 12-month collaboration contract is based in Milan, with annual gross pay of EUR 40,000–45,000.
Requirements
A PhD in physics, electronic engineering, materials science or a similar field; experience characterising X-ray detectors and photodetectors; knowledge of imaging quality; and Python or similar data-analysis skills.
